East Coast Main Line Drags – top page
These were originally planned to take place in February and March. However, due to operating requirements reducing the time available for the planned works an additional weekend in July was added.
On 8th March 2014 67028 dragged the 15.30 Edinburgh-Kings Cross from York to Doncaster via Knottingley, seen here coupling up in York. David Jackman
All trains were booked to be dragged between Doncaster and York and diverted between Shaftholme Junction and Colton Junction via Knottingley, Ferrybridge and Ulleskelf
