Blue & Grey pre-nationalisation design carriages

The blue & grey corporate livery started to be applied to existing carriages in 1965. With the exceptions of LM&SR & LNER design Sleeping Cars, LM&SR design Travelling Post Offices and L&NER design Buffet Cars, few carriages of pre-nationalisation design received the livery.
This conundrum is an attempt to compile a full listing of carriages that were painted into blue & grey livery. The listings below certainly contain some ommissions, thus additions and corrections would be very much welcomed by Peter Hall.
