Q20.01. Shenfield Electrification EMUs
100 EMUs were ordered at the time of the Liverpool Street to Shenfield dc electrification but only 92 were used there. Was this due to a change of mind or were the extra eight units inteded for other use, in which case were there any differences and where did they go? (G J Palin: 16977)
